Chintu Chandrakandan
Founder & CEO
Chintu has held various executive roles across finance, global HR shared services, technology, corporate strategy and enterprise data — including running predictive data and analytics for commercial teams, and serving as Chief of Staff to a CEO. His career has spanned workforce planning and P&L forecasting, Workday implementations, M&A integration, and global data and insights. He works business-first, with technology as the enabler, and founded Polymath to solve the cross-functional problems he spent his operating career meeting from the inside.
How we staff
No pyramid underneath the engagement.
Engagements are staffed as a POD — a small senior team assembled for the specific problem, drawing on operators, architects, engineers and change capability.
